Delta is a full CNC Job Shop with 30 years experience in making parts for industry and especially for the challenging and demanding Competition Model Car Industry. Our own line of Delta Cars have won 2 world championships and over 30 National Championships. In addition, Delta is very proud of an excellent relationship with our competitors... we feel honored to be chosen to make many components for use in our OEM friends' equipment. Gears, small straight cut, 20 to 120 pitch, 1/8 to 3 inch dia. We can do our own gear blanks and shafts in house and so we can control that critical factor in producing excellent gears. We can generate integral straight gears on shafts for excellent concentricity and reliability.
Complicated Parts. We have CNC Lathe live tooling, C axis, and 2nd operation pickoff spindle capability and we can make your complicated parts a little less complicated and a whole lot more accurate.
